Red Hat Satellite fails to connect to the host via ssh on Ansible Jobs or Insights remediation playbooks

Issue

• When applying Insights remediation or any Ansible jobs playbook, the playbook execution fails with the following message:

  fatal: [host.example.com]: UNREACHABLE! => {"changed": false, "msg": "Failed to connect to the host via ssh: ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer", "unreachable": true}
