KVM guest crashes during install with "kvm: unhandled exit 80000021" error
Issue
- During install of a KVM virtual machine, it went into a paused state and would not resume. 'virsh resume <vm_name>' would return success but the virtual machine would remain paused
- KVM virtual machine crashes during install
