[RHEL 8] Why is not "[x]" showing up in the dnf module list?

Issue

• After executing dnf module disable and dnf module enable, "[x]" is not displayed. Why is not "[x]" showing up in the dnf module list?

$ sudo dnf module disable -y container-tools:rhel8
$ sudo dnf module enable -y container-tools:2.0

# dnf module list container-tools
