Newly installed Capsule doesn't show association with Organization or Location on Red Hat Satellite 6 web ui.

Issue

• When viewing the capsule under "Infrastructure" -> "Capsules", a newly built capsule has None found in either the Location or Organization, or both.
• If you navigate to "Infrastructure" -> "Capsules", select edit next to the affected capsule, the Locations and Organizations tab appear to correctly have the expected value set.
