qpid broker won't start up due to invalid-argument of a queue
Issue
- attempting to create a queue with invalid setting (
max-queue-countsmaller thanflow-stop-count) - restarting the broker fails with "invalid-argument" complaining to that
How to allow the broker to successfully start?
