Workaround when attaching a host to RHV Manager fails with UUID not unique

In rare cases, when you attach a host to the RHV Manager, it may fail with an error message that the Host UUID is not unique. This happens because another host that is already attached has the same UUID.

This error typically happens when white-box OEM vendors configure machines to have the same BIOS UUID, such as all zeros.
