DNF can not work with pkcs11 certificate and key in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8

Issue

  • DNF doesn't work with pkcs11 certificate and key.
  • The certificate was specified with sslclientcert= and sslclientkey= in the configuration file.
  • The DNF install <package> command failed with the following error.
could not load PEM client certificate, OpenSSL error error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory, (no key found, wrong pass phrase, or wrong file format?)
