Openshift-4.5 cluster installation on vSphere IPI failed with error "failed to create machine: unable to get resource pool for <nil>"
Issue
- Installing an openshift-4.5 with vSphere IPI installation, all workers are stuck at the
provisioningphase. - Error in the machine-controller logs as below
