etcd scaleup fails with "msg": "[Errno 2] No such file or directory" on a newly scaled master node.
Issue
etcd scaleupfails with the following msg:
"msg": "[Errno 2] No such file or directory"
- FAILED - RETRYING: Add new
etcdmembers to the RH OCP cluster.
/usr/local/bin/master-exec: No such file or directory.
Environment
- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
- 3.11.
