Migration_controller installation failed while deploying CAM operator on openshift-4.x cluster.

Issue

• Installed cluster application migration tool from operator hub catalog and creation of Migration_controller resource gets failed.
• Not able to create a Migration_Controller resource on the openshift-4 cluster.
• Initialization of Migration controller resource from the migration operator pod is failing with below error:-
