logging-fluentd ConfigMap is overwritten during logging stack upgrades
Issue
- Logging-fluentd ConfigMap settings are overwritten during EFK logging stack upgrade.
- After running the logging playbook, not logs are sent outside when using secure_forward
- After running the logging playbook, the customizations to the logging-fluent configmap were overwritten with the default logging-fluentd ConfigMap
- The logging-fluentd ConfigMap is overwritten
