Camel JGroups Component - JGroupsLockClusterService: Configure Server Preferencing

Issue

• Our client has four Red Hat Fuse servers (under EAP) in two data centres, two servers in each. Many of the Fuse/Camel routes need to run as Singletons but they want the Masters for some Camel Routes to run in one data centre and the Masters of other Camel Routes to run in the other data centre. There is different types of messaging traffic at each data centre, hence they want the traffic processed by the "local" Camel Routes, if possible, to reduce network latency between data centres and distribute the load.
• we need a way to explicitly list servers in "preferred" sequence for each camel route (or "master" component "namespace").
