Why containerized ceph osd service fail to start with "Unable to find image '2020-xx-xx:latest' locally" in RHCS ?

- Even after successful stack update run to replace a failed ceph OSD, why OSD service could not be started ?
- Ceph OSD service failing due to not able to pull image
