Reverting Snapshots in EVM turns off VM

Issue

We have an issue in EVM where if the user takes a snapshot of a running VM, with or without the "snapshot VM memory" tick box enabled. When the user reverts to the snapshot the VM is in a powered down state and not running.

This behavior only exists in EVM. If the same action is taken in the vsphere client, the VM is up and running in the state the VM was snapshot'ted in.
