Unexpected reboot of Oracle RAC node.

Issue

  • A production Oracle database server rebooted. It did not save a kdump log or dump, and there isn't anything in the system logs immediately before the reboot.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux, version 6.4
  • Oracle RAC
