unknown error is reported for galera bundle

Issue

Unknown error is reported in pcs status output for galera-bundle-0 after galera-bundle-docker container was manually stopped on controller node:

* galera-bundle-0_monitor_60000 on controller-0 'unknown error' (1): call=40, status=Error, exitreason=''
    last-rc-change='Tue May 12 13:17:22 2020', queued=0ms, exec=0ms

It is impossible to get rid of this error using cleanup commands.
