Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.5 installation failed with permission denied while importing ova template

Issue

• Installation of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.5 on vSphere using IPI installation format fails with the following message.

• Are there any set of permission required for the service-account or the username configured on vcenter?
