Hornetq Fail-over after fail-back doesn't work

Issue

• In a dedicated hornetq live-backup scenario a topic is deployed on both the servers.The following scenario causes trouble:

• Startup live server -> Ok

• Startup backup server -> Ok
• Kill live server -> backup server takes over
• Restart live server -> live server takes backup, backup goes backup to backup mode
• Kill live server -> backup takes over, but deployed topic is not seen in jmx-console and subscription can't be made to the topic either. It is missing.
