system-config-lvm cannot extend ext3 file system over lvm when its online
Issue
- system-config-lvm cannot resize ext3 file system when its online
- system-config-lvm tries to unmount ext3 file system when resized
- system-config-lvm online resizing for ext3 used to work with RHEL-5.x but it does not work with RHEL-6.x
