Unable to bring CPU to online state of Red Hat Enterprise Linux VMware guest.
Issue
- CPU count is not showing correct.
- At the time of machine is booting up, the cpus are not coming to online state. It's generating an error below:
smpboot: do_boot_cpu failed(-1) to wakeup CPU#X
