How can I view the users for system:masters, system:cluster-admins, and system:admin?

Issue

• I need to see the configs for system:masters, system:cluster-admins, and system:admin for audit purposes.

• The groups system:masters and system:cluster-admins don't show up with oc get groups. I need to show auditors what is in these groups, or prove that they are empty or don't exist.

• I can't find the service account system:admin anywhere. I know that the Linux root user on a master is logged in to the cluster as system:admin, but I don't know how to view this service account to show auditors that there is no password associated to it.
