Sync State in hammer product info command does not match with the repository sync task status on Satellite 6 server.

Issue

• The hammer product info command shows incorrect sync state:

  # hammer product info --id X

  Label:        Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_Server
  Description:  
  Sync State:   Syncing Complete.
  Sync Plan ID:

  The Sync State in the output of the above command is reflected based on the last synced repository. The Sync State of the product shows Syncing Complete even if the earlier repository sync task is not completed or in error state.
