RHEV - a host has gone non-responsive, and fencing has failed, how can I recover the running virtual guests?
Issue
- A host in the rhev environment has gone non-responsive
- Fencing of the host has failed also (due to hardware issue, incorrect password, etc...)
- Virtual machines on the host are in an 'unknown' state
