Live Migration Bandwidth unit is different from Engine configuration and VDSM

Issue

The units from the configuration Web UI of Cluster Migration Policy are different from the VDSM logs. This difference may lead to confusion and mistakes during troubleshooting analysis.

When setting up the Cluster Migration Policy in RHV Web UI, the units are in Mbps but from VDSM logs are shown in MBps.
