Cloudforms 2.0 VMWare template provisioning problem.

Issue

• Trying to orchestrate a vm (with cloudforms) using custom template. We getting an error stating resource is in use error, which correspond to original vm used to make the clone. If we don't use cloudforms to do the orchestration, every thing works.
