Is there any way to define the Virtual hardware clock Timezone for the KVM?

Issue

• When booting guest RHEL, host server time is set to GMT instead of the local timezone.
• NTPD resets times eventually, but autostart apps do not have correct timezone.
• Timezone change only happens after powering off the guest, not when rebooting the guest.
