ceph storage metrics kubelet_volume_* missing for ceph PVCs in OpenShift 4
Issue
- For the PVC of Ceph rook storage the metrics
kubelet_volume_*are not available.
These metrics are essential for monitoring the PVC usage.

- OpenShift Container Platform 4.3
- OpenShift Container Storage 4.2 (Ceph)
