When I access the 'Account Settings' menu, I get a 404 error in 3scale API mangement platform

Issue

• When I access the 'Account Settings' menu, I get a 404 error

• I see following error in the system-provider container in system-app pod

• I also can not create a new application for the account id 2 from the master-admin account
