RHEL 8 subscription enablement on s390x

Hi,
I've installed RHEL 8.1 on an s390x LPAR. Now, I try to enable the subscription. After running the 'subscription-manager attach --pool=' command, 'subscription-manager list' shows the following output:

Is this an error, the expected behavior or is it due to the fact that I have a developer subscription only?
