RHEL7: multipathd segfault after reassign table message.
Issue
Multipathd failed due to a segfault with the following messages
multipathd: sdb: reassign table [vg_name] old 67:80 new 253:17
kernel: multipathd[16682]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f0283947700 sp 00007f0285036698 error 4 in libc-2.17.so[7f0283832000+1c3000]
systemd: multipathd.service: main process exited, code=killed, status=11/SEGV
ieatrcx3719 systemd: Unit multipathd.service entered failed state.
systemd: multipathd.service failed
