nfsserver resource times out on start operation with NFSv2 and NFSv3 disabled in a RHEL 7, 8 High Availability cluster

Issue

  • When NFSv2 and NFSv3 are disabled, the ocf:heartbeat:nfsserver resource times out and fails to start.
