Getting `ERROR: 401` response while fetching the licenses in Red Hat Ansible Tower 3.6 and above.

While using Red Hat customer credentials to get licenses in Ansible Tower its failing with the error:
ERROR FETCHING LICENSES ERROR: 401 Client Error: Unauthorized for url: https://subscription.rhsm.redhat.com/subscription/users/your-username/ownersOR
ERROR FETCHING LICENSES ERROR: The provided credentials are invalid (HTTP 401).
