RHSOP13 Satellite server url replacement

Issue

• We deployed RHOSP 13 stack successfully and running. Now there is requirement to change the deployed stack with new satellite server including undercloud .

• Could you please share the procedure to do. Below are the 2 High Level step:

1. Unregister the existing satellite via RHOSP13 minor update
2. Register the new satellite server with Minor update

• In rhel-registration.yml we see the below 2 conditions but its mentioned only on delete or update but not sure on how to unregister from the existing satellite:
