nova_libvirt containers fail to start on PowerPC compute nodes
Issue
- When deploying or updating OSP13 to z11 release using PowerPC hardware and complex processors setup, Paunch will fail to create the
nova_libvirtcontainer and report the following error:
/usr/bin/docker-current: Error response from daemon:
Requested CPUs are not available - requested 0-19, available:
0,8,16,24,32,40,48,56,64,72,80,88,96,104,112,120,128,136,144,152.
