[RHUI] Can we delete files in /var/cache/pulp/ because of out of disk space of /var/cache/pulp/ ?

We use RHUI.
The disk capacity of /var/cache/pulp/ is approaching the its maximum.
Can we delete files in /var/cache/pulp/ because of out of disk space of /var/cache/pulp/ ?
