Redeploying EFK Certificates when OCP is older than 3.11.117
Issue
- You want to redeploy EFK certificates on your OCP3.11 cluster, but the version is less than v3.11.117, so you cannot update the certificates using the openshift-logging/redeploy-certificates.yml playbooks.
