Migrate RHPAM in parts

Issue

We have a doubt about the migration process to RH PAM 7.5. We know that we have to use the migration tool to update projects and databases. We want to update to 7.5 version installed in a new brand environment and we know that we should use the migration tool of each version, but we want to know if we can update database schema to 7.5 first for all version as the first task and after update the projects to 7.5 for all versions as second task or if we should update database and project simultaneously.
