NetworkManager is swapping the connection profiles with USB modem devices.

Issue

• Due to continuous disconnection and reconnection NetworkManager tries to activate the connection on different devices.
• When more than one identical USB modems are used, NetworkManager tries to activate using the wrong connection profile.
• How to bind NetworkManager connection profile with specific modem devices?
• Binding connection profile with modems SIM ID or Operator ID is not working.
