[Satellite 6] Installable Errata count did not get automatically updated in Satellite's web UI after installing updates on a content host

Issue

Since we updated our Satellite server to 6.6.1-1 release, we noticed that after installing updates on a RHEL 7.x system which is registered to our Satellite server, the count of Installable Errata for the content host content_host did not get automatically updated in Satellite's web UI under: Hosts -> Content Hosts -> content_host

We tried the following command, even removing the /var/lib/rhsm/packages/packages.json without effect:

# katello-package-upload --force

The Installable Errata count gets updated only after we click on the Recalculate button in the Satellite's web UI under:
Hosts -> Content Hosts -> content_host -> Errata
