How can I determine how many System V IPC shared memory segments have been swapped out?

Issue

  • This script does not report System V IPC shared memory (SHM) segments, which are swapped out.
  • High swap usage but no process is using any swap at all.
  • No swap usage in /proc/[1-9]/smaps.
