Kickstart Installation fails with error message "(28, `Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transfered the last 30 seconds`)"

Issue

• Installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 using kickstart network installation method.
• Installation fails with the following messages on console.
