Not able to access the file-system after SAN failover.
Issue
- Storage LUNs are visible from OS side also can be seen from
multipath, but file-system on those LUNs are not accessible. - Storage LUNs are visible from OS side and from multipath as well but volume group is not listed in
vgscan.

- LVM 2
