How to use jboss_init_redhat.sh script successfully to start JBoss EAP 5.x as a service for Linux environments ?
Issue
- User obtained
jboss_init_redhat.shfile and is being used from location/etc/init.d/(symbolic link from/etc/rc.d/init.d/location) - JBoss EAP starts after a machine start/restart but cannot connect to port 1099 after the process completes.
- JBoss EAP 5.1.2 by default do not ship with the file
jboss_init_redhat.sh(in$JBOSS_HOME/jboss-as/bin/location) as per the article
