Upgrading from one EPP 5 version to the latest

Issue

• What are the steps to upgrade from one EPP 5 version to another?
• Which configuration files need to be copied? 
• What about the gatein data dir?
• I get following errors after migrating to EPP 5.2.2

When I create a new content:
