be2net driver creates only eight receive and transmit queues in RHEL 6

Issue

The data-sheet for the Emulex 10Gb BE3 NIC indicates that the NIC supports 64 rx and 64 tx queues, but the be2net driver only has 8 rx and tx queues hard-coded into the driver code. This number may be lower than some NICs can support and may negatively impact performance.
