Coolkey support for alt-tokens

Issue

I would like to request coolkey support for DoD Alternate tokens smart card (alt-tokens).

I found a RFE for this on the bugzilla page. RFE is: Bug 873807

I am currently using RHEL 6.4 (fully up-to-date as of 09/05/2013).

When inserting the alt-token into my system, coolkey never recognizes that it was added. I found logs that show that a card was inserted, but it never loads the card fully. Smartcard manager never shows a card was inserted.

In /var/log/messages:
10:36:01:  Restarted pcscd service
10:36:23:  Inserted alt-token
10:37:31:  Ran pkcs11_inspect  (failed with exit status of 1, no output to screen)
