Issue

In some scenario, a web based configuration wizard of a Red Hat Certificate System clone CA may fail in the "import keys and certificates" panel with the following errors:
In the Firefox web borwser:

The Certificate System has encountered an unrecoverable error.
Error Message:
java.lang.NullPointerException<
Please contact your local administrator for assistance.

In the clone CA logs:

tail /var/log/pki-ca-clone/catalina.out

[Fatal Error] :2:15: Open quote is expected for attribute "BGCOLOR" associated with an  element type  "BODY".
