Red Hat Certificate System clone CA configuration fails with error "Open quote is expected for attribute "BGCOLOR" associated with an element type "BODY" "

Issue

In some scenario, a web based configuration wizard of a Red Hat Certificate System clone CA may fail in the "import keys and certificates" panel with the following errors:
In the Firefox web borwser:

The Certificate System has encountered an unrecoverable error.
Error Message:
java.lang.NullPointerException<
Please contact your local administrator for assistance.

In the clone CA logs:
