After kickstarting a system from Red Hat Satellite, the system profile name in the web UI shows as "unknown"

Issue

  • after kickstarting the system and running rhnreg_ks the system profile name is shown as 'unknown' in the Red Hat Satellite web UI
  • error when rhnreg_ks runs in %post section of kickstart:
Could not retrieve action from.
Possible networking problem?
