Deployment of hosted-engine fails and this error can be seen in the log:

ERROR    internal error: process exited while connecting to monitor: 2020-01-07T12:33:45.675978Z qemu-kvm: -vnc 127.0.0.1:0,tls,x509=/etc/pki/vdsm/libvirt-vnc: Failed to start VNC server: Unable to access credentials /etc/pki/vdsm/libvirt-vnc/ca-cert.pem: No such file or directory
