Xlib: Maximum number of clients reached

Issue

• We have many X applications opened on the system.
• Below error message is displayed at one point

Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server Xlib: Maximum number of clients reached Error: Can't open display: :0.0

• No new applications can be opened after this.
• This is observed with custom software and can be simulated while opening many xterm applications as well.
